RDA provides our clients with in-store merchandising training as well as store review and evalutations. They include the following:


In Store Merchandising Training:

Increase Your Impulse Sales Everyday!
RDA will arrange a mutually convenient time to visit your store and actually re-merchandise your product lines during a typical 8-10hr/work day. Drawing from over twenty-five years of practical retail store management, merchandising, and store design experience, our RDA Merchandising Specialist will teach you and your staff the proven techniques of effective merchandising. Our Merchandising Specialist will show you how to merchandise your store like the pros, how to create more opportunities for increasing your impulse sales and how to make sure your store has that Grand Opening look every day. Our Merchandising Specialist will focus on accomplishing the following goals:
